Who We Are

Chapanar's QuiKEYS dates back to 1976, when Gene Chapanar, a retired Canton, Ohio police officer, opened Chapanar's AAA Key & Lock. In 1991, his son, Daniel, bought the small mobile locksmith business from his father. In 2010, Daniel opened the company's first retail location in Canton, Ohio, and changed the name to Chapanar's QuiKEYS. The name change reflected the company's mission to provide a low-cost solution to out-of-control auto key prices and to provide that service quickly and efficiently. In 2012, a second retail location was opened in Massillon, Ohio. Along the way, the company began expanding its operations to auto dealerships across the entire State of Ohio. It now services well over 200 name-brand and independent dealers in Ohio and West Virginia.

What We Do

Chapanar's QuiKEYS has a single, easy-to-find, and spacious new facility at 4601 Fulton Dr. NW in Canton. At our store, with no appointment necessary, you can have your auto key duplicated, add a second remote, or even repair existing keys and remotes. We stock hundreds of keys, remotes, remote-headed keys, and proximity remotes for vehicles with push-button start. We can service over 90% of the cars on the road today quickly and for a price that won't bring tears to your eyes, and we have cut and programmed over 100,000 keys and remotes to prove it!

Our 24-hour Locksmith is one of the few in this area to offer full, 24-hour day, seven-days-a-week service. Our locksmiths can install deadbolts and other door hardware, rekey or master key your home or office, perform lockout services, or originate keys when all are lost. If it pertains to locks or keys, more than likely, we can help.
